1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PropGuide ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

PropGuide is a real estate investment analysis platform that provides:

Property analysis and deal scoring
Automated SMS outreach to listing agents
Investment reports and comparables data
Pipeline tracking and management tools

3. Early Access / Beta

PropGuide is currently in beta. During the early access period:

The service is free to use
No credit card is required
You will have access to core features
Some features (like SMS outreach) may be limited or coming soon
We will notify you before any paid features are introduced

4. Future Subscription and Billing

When we launch paid plans, the following will apply:

Planned Starter Plan: $49/month
Early access users will be notified before billing begins
Billing will be processed securely through Stripe
You will be able to cancel at any time

5. Refund Policy

Once paid plans are available:

You may request a refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription
Refund requests should be sent to team@redlunaproperty.com
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

6. Usage Limits

The Starter plan includes the following monthly limits:

50 AI lead scores per day
3 RentCast comparables per day
500 outbound SMS messages per month
Unlimited property analysis

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purposes
Send spam or unsolicited messages through our SMS system
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
Reverse engineer or copy our proprietary algorithms
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

8. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate property data and analysis:

Property data is sourced from third parties (Zillow, RentCast) and may not be 100% accurate
AI-generated deal scores are estimates and should not be the sole basis for investment decisions
You are responsible for verifying all property information before making offers
We are not licensed real estate agents or financial advisors

9. SMS Compliance

By using our SMS outreach feature, you agree to:

Comply with TCPA and applicable messaging regulations
Not send messages that could be considered harassment
Maintain professional communication standards

10. Limitation of Liability

PropGuide and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost deals, or investment losses.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
